The group teaches cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) skills for anxiety and stress. You will learn how anxiety works in the body and mind, how to notice and challenge anxious thinking, how to face avoided situations step by step, and how to calm your nervous system with breathing and grounding techniques.

Many people with panic or social anxiety benefit from CBT skills groups. If symptoms are severe, individual therapy may be a better starting point. We can help you decide.
