What is this anger management program?

This group helps participants understand what triggers their anger, manage it before it leads to harm and communicate in healthier ways. It combines CBT and DBT skills with an understanding of South Asian cultural values, family expectations and community pressures. Sessions are confidential and discreet, and a certificate is provided on completion.

If your attendance is required by a court, probation officer, lawyer or employer, please confirm with them that this program meets their requirements before you register. We can provide program details and attendance confirmation with your written consent.

Honour, expectations, in-law conflict and generational differences, discussed with respect.

A personal plan for high-risk situations, including stress, alcohol and conflict.

Attend in person or online, practise skills and complete short exercises.

Receive a certificate of completion. Attendance confirmation can be shared with your consent.
