Quick answer
Group therapy brings together a small number of people working on similar concerns, guided by a trained therapist. Members learn evidence-based skills, practise them together and see that they are not alone. Groups are often more affordable than individual sessions and can be especially helpful for anger, relationships, settlement stress, grief and anxiety.
Everything shared in the group stays in the group. Your facilitator explains confidentiality and group guidelines before you join.
