DO I NEED A REFERRAL TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?
No, you do not need a referral to access our services. You can book an appointment directly by reaching out to us through our website or by phone. https://disha.ca/appointment/
DO YOU OFFER DIRECT BILLING TO INSURANCE COMPANIES?
Yes, we offer direct billing to select insurance companies. Our team can assist you in checking if your provider is eligible for direct billing.
WHAT ARE THE COUNSELLING RATES?
Our counselling rates vary( $180- $235) depending on the therapist and type of service you require. Please contact us directly, and we will be happy to provide you with details regarding session fees.
Individual Counselling Fee – $235 per 50-minute session
Couples/Family Counselling Fee – $235 per 50-minute session
Report / Letter Writing – $220
Online / Group Workshop – $110 per person
Anger Management Condensed Private Session – $440
Capacity Assessment for Adult Guardianship and Trusteeship –$500 $700

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee.
WHAT HAPPENS IN AN INITIAL APPOINTMENT?
The initial appointment is an intake session where your therapist will get to know you, understand your concerns, and discuss your goals. Together, you will create a plan tailored to your needs.
