Understand Your Mental and Social Well-being in a Holistic Way

At Disha Counselling Centre, we offer professional psychosocial assessments in Edmonton designed to explore the complex interaction between your mental health, emotional well-being, and social environment. Whether you’re facing a life transition, dealing with stress, or seeking clarity about your mental state, our licensed Registered Clinical Social Workers (RCSWs) are here to help.

What is a PsychoSocial Assessment?

A psychosocial assessment is a structured, professional evaluation that examines how personal, emotional, social, and environmental factors affect your mental health. Unlike basic mental health screenings, psychosocial assessments provide a comprehensive overview of your life situation—identifying both strengths and areas where support is needed.

At Disha, we approach your story with empathy, care, and professionalism, helping you gain deep insight into your emotional and social well-being.
